Submitted for your approval and execution is the attached Right of Way Purchase between the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County on behalf of the Tulsa County Engineers and Gerald L. and Shela Y. Wendland for Tulsa County Road Widening Project # 49.0-24.0 South Garnett Road 91st and 101st Parcel 12/12A and 13/13A. Tulsa County has agreed to a settlement offer of $41,456.25 for a right-of-way and easement purchase.
