In consideration of the fees, covenants, conditions and agreements herein contained the CITY OF KIRKLAND, a Washington municipal corporation (the “City”), hereby grants LEGAL COMPANY NAME (a/k/a COMPANY DBA) a Washington corporation (“Permittee”), a non- exclusive terminable right-of-way use permit (the “Permit”) to use public right-of-way in the City of Kirkland, King County, Washington, subject to the following:
