I, Participating Creator (“Creator”), agree to provide my original poster design (“Work”) inspired by the animated motion picture entitled DreamWorks The Bad Guys (“Film”) created for the ‘“Show us your bad side with artwork inspired by DreamWorks The Bad Guys” (“Promotion”) to Universal Pictures Marketing, a division of Universal Film Exchanges LLC. (“Company”), and hereby assign ownership to Company of the Work for use in and in connection with the Film, and in other productions, and in and in connection with advertisements, promotions, publicity, and other material relating to the Film or such other productions, as more fully detailed below. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Promotion and potentially receive the incentive offered in the Promotion, Creator agrees as follows:

(“Company”), and hereby assign ownership to Company of the Work as more fully detailed below.
