(ABAG), a joint exercise of powers agency duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, including, without limitation, Sections 6500, et seq., of the Government Code of the State of California, (ABAG), and the cities listed in Appendix III, each a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of said State (each a "Member Entity" and collectively, the "Member Entities"), is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety by this Revised Risk Coverage Agreement (Agreement) effective July l, l992, as follows:
