This agreement made on the day of , 20 between FOOTBALL CLUB OF SPOKANE (501(c)3 non- profit Corporation, Federal Tax ID # 47-3905718) and (herein after known as the “Sponsor”) will be entitled to the list of items associated with the package chosen by the Sponsor. Upon receipt of the non-refundable donation from the Sponsor, FOOTBALL CLUB OF SPOKANE agrees to use the donated funds for the direct and immediate purpose of supporting its club soccer program and tournaments for the 2018-2019 soccer seasons.
