Contract Type FiledOctober 16th, 2008In September 1994, the Academic Senate and the Administration signed a letter of agreement for the New Educational Program Development Process. This agreement and the process description (flowchart and narrative) were designed to assure broad faculty participation in the development of sound educational programs for the District. Difficulties with consistent implementation of the process led the Academic Senate, in cooperation with the departments, the Curriculum Committee, and the Administration, to seek both clarification and revision of the process. In the fall and spring of 1998, the process was reviewed and clarified.
