This RJ Hedges Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the Effective Date specified on the Order Form (“Effective Date”) and is by and between RJ Hedges & Associates, a Pennsylvania entity (“RJH”) having its principal place of business located at 163 9th Street, PO Box H, New Florence, PA 15944 and the entity that executed the Order Form (“Customer”) (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), whereby Customer agrees to purchase certain services from RJH, as more specifically described below, on the following terms and conditions:
