THIS GRANT OF A ROAD ACCESS EASEMENT (“Agreement”), made and entered into this day of , 2018, by and between Ortons on Emerald Mountain, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Grantor”), the CITY OF STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, a Colorado municipal corporation (“City”), ROUTT COUNTY (“County”), and the YAMPA VALLEY ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (“YVEA”). City, County and YVEA are hereafter referred to collectively as “Grantees”.
