WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby grant and convey to and unto the Town of La Plata, a body corporate, its successors and assigns, in fee simple, all those lots, tracts, pieces, parcels or subdivisions of land and premises, as more particularly described and indicated as see Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
