THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of June, 2019, is by and between CEDAR HIGHLANDS, a body corporate and politic of the State of Utah (hereinafter referred to as “the TOWN”) and CEDAR HIGHLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, a nonprofit corporation under the Utah Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act, (hereinafter referred to as “the HOA”).
