This Agreement is made and entered into on the date shown on the signature page at the end hereof‘, by and between the Hickory Cove Property Owners Association and ,the undersigned property owner ("the Lot Owner"), being the owner of a lot or lots within or nearby to the Hickory Cove Subdivision, Moneta, Bedford County, Virginia (the "Lot" or "lots").
