This Road Use and Repair Agreement (the “Road Use and Repair Agreement”) is entered into by and between Freeborn Wind Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”) and Freeborn County, Minnesota, (“County”), as a part of that certain Development Agreement entered into by the Parties on the 1st day of April, 2019 (the “Development Agreement”).
