This Agreement is made as of this day of , 2023 by the property Owners hereto and their successors and assigns and shall apply to the real property known as SanVen Estates including the “Lots” therein, which are described in Exhibit A and was founded by Namburu Real Estate Company, LLC, a Texas limited liability company; Muralidhar Gadela and Padma Gadela AB Living Trust; and Chavaas Holdings LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (collectively, “Developer”).
