THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) between RMTC-Boulder, LLC, 1345 28 Street, Boulder, CO 80302 a Colorado limited liability company (hereinafter “RMTC-Boulder) and the undersigned (hereinafter “Mem- ber”) is made as of the date this Agreement is accepted by RMTC-Boulder (hereinafter “Effective Date”). RMTC-Boulder is a for-profit company that operates a private membership tennis club and a tennis acade- my open to the public doing business as Rocky Mountain Tennis Center (hereinafter “RMTC”) at 1345 28th Street, Boulder Co 80302. For purpose of this Agreement RMTC-Boulder and RMTC shall be considered the same entity.
