This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is between the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Monongahela National Forest (Management), and National Association of Government Employees (NAGE), Local R4-88 (Union), hereafter referred to collectively as “the Parties.” This MOU is a Supplemental Agreement under Article 13, 21, 25, 37, 39, and 45 of the 2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Parties, and it documents the Parties’ full and final agreement on the above.
