(“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of execution by the last signatory hereto as indicated below by and among the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation (“City”), Matodol, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Matodol”) and Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of Nebraska, a federal savings bank (“LFSB”). City, Matodol and LFSB are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
