The Optionors, jointly as seventy-five percent (75%) to Jack Denny and twenty-five percent (25%) to Eric Denny, hold 100% right, title and interest in and to twenty-two (22) mineral claims (35 units) located at latitude 49°24’N and longitude 117°20’W in the Nelson Mining Division near Nelson, British Columbia more particularly described in Schedule “A” attached hereto (the “Property”).
