This Agreement is between Client and Redwood. You may only enter into this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity and you hereby represent that you are authorized to legally bind such entity to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in which case “you” and “your” shall refer to Client as defined below. By clicking the “I Accept” button on https://portal.runmyjobs.cloud. Client accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the warranties, liability, data use and termination provisions below, whether or not Client decides to use the RunMyJobs Trial Version.
