Fantasy and Creative Tours, LLC, dba Fantasy RV Tours, is a tour operator providing professionally guided RV Tours. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions together with our privacy policy, release, and any other documentation we provide you form the basis of your contract with us (hereinafter The Agreement). This Agreement effects your legal rights. By booking a tour with us, you are accepting and consenting to The Agreement. By acceptance of the tour purchase, the registrant(s) agree(s) to the terms of this agreement. Completion of registration and paying of deposits shall constitute understanding and agreement with company policies and conditions, as described on the Terms & Conditions page on website. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must not make any booking with us. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions from time to time.
