This McAfee Enterprise Data Sharing Agreement ("DSA") forms part of your agreement with McAfee Enterprise (the "Agreement") as the [Distributor/Partner/Supplier] (“Company”), under which McAfee Enterprise agrees to permit Company to [resell / distribute McAfee Enterprise Product(s) and to potentially participate in McAfee Enterprise Partner Programs in order to resell and market OR provide a short description of the Supplier’s Services] (the "Company’s Services") [to End-User Customers certain services (the "End-User Services")].
