Enterprises LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company whose address is 24096 170th Avenue, Fergus Falls Minnesota, 56537 (“Seller”) and Bilden Farms, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company whose address is 20898 County Highway 24, Erhard, MN 56534 (“Buyer”).
