Reference is made to that certain Share Transfer Agreement dated as of February 25, 2011 (the “Share Transfer Agreement”), by and between MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Michael Hansen (“Hansen”) and Dubli.com, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“DubLi.com”). All capitalized terms used in this Affidavit that are not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Share Transfer Agreement.
