Any money received by owner for occupancy of vacation property indicates the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is the responsibility of the TENANT(S) to be familiar with all policies within this agreement. This occupancy will be in the form of a Vacation Rental only and not constitute a permanent or primary residence or other tenancy.
