In 1998 an s106 agreement (DM 776/4191)was entered into by HDC, CCC and E C Hampton (wholesale) Ltd. which included a new right of way in Fenstanton between Fenstanton footpaths no 5 and no 4. We have a copy of the agreement but this footpath has not been added to the definitive map, for that to happen the definitive map officer needs to see a signed copy of the agreement. May I request a copy of that signed agreement.
