This SAAS and Services Agreement, including all documents referenced and incorporated below and the Order Form which by this reference is incorporated herein (collectively, this “Agreement”), dated as of November 29, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Questica LTD., a Delaware corporation (referred to as “Licensor” or “EUNA,” as part of the EUNA brand), and the Board of Education (the “School Board”) of the Rockford Public Schools, District No. 205, Winnebago and Boone Counties, Illinois (the “School District” or “District” and, together with the School Board, “Customer”), an Illinois school district. EUNA and Customer are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
