This Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of 2 November 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Azolve Limited, an entity incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom (Company Number 04274506); having a principal place of business at Wright Business Centre, 1 Lonmay Road, Glasgow, G33 4EL, United Kingdom (“Azolve”) and British Rowing, an entity incorporated under the laws of United Kingdom (Company Number 01706271); having a principal place of business at 6 Lower Mall, London, W6 9DJ (hereinafter “Customer”), where each of Azolve and Customer is a “Party”, together they are the “Parties”;
