This No Charge Evaluation Agreement (this “Agreement”)is by and between Ford Smart Mobility LLC (“FSM”) and City of Ferndale ("Licensee"). FSM and Licensee are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution hereof by the Parties (the “Effective Date”).
