THIS AMENDMENT is effective as of Jan. 1, 2023 , by and between British Columbia Electronic Library Network (BCELN), an academic consortium with its principal offices located at 8888 University Dr., Simon Fraser University, Room 7600, Burnaby, BC V5A 1S6 (“Customer”) and SAGE Publications, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with principal offices at 2455 Teller Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320 (“SAGE”).
