The purpose of this agreement is to provide for a property assessment administration program to be administered by the City of Alma Assessor, which will list, appraise, and maintain a complete set of records for all real and personal property, subject to ad valorem taxation, specific taxes, and in-lieu-of tax agreements within the Corporate limits of the Municipality pursuant to Public Act No. 160 of 1972.
