These terms and conditions relate to the sale of Product(s) (the “Products”) described on the face of the Sales Contract (“Contract”) to which they are physically attached or otherwise accompany by transmission between the parties. If there is any conflict between the terms and conditions herein and the Contract, the terms of the Contract shall govern. Buyer and Seller agree as follows:

No operators are furnished, directly or indirectly, with our equipment or vehicles. In consideration of renting/leasing of the vehicles and/or equipment (herein “the equipment”) described on the front of this contract it is agreed as follows:

THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN PEANUT SHELLERS ASSOCIATION (“APSA”) SHELLED, INSHELL TRADING RULES REVISED SEPTEMBER 11, 2020, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE. AND BUYER SPECIFICALLY AGREES TO THE APPLICATION OF SUCH RULES. IF ANY CONFLICT EXISTS BETWEEN SUCH RULES AND ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS CONTRACT, SUCH OTHER PROVISION OF THIS CONTRACT SHALL PREVAIL.
