THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO BECOME A SALES PARTNER OF “GO- FUND MANAGEMENT AND FINANCING LTD” ARE SUBJECT TO THIS SALES PARTNER AGREEMENT (HEREINAFTER THE “AGREEMENT”, OR “TERMS”). EACH PARTNER AND THE COMPANY ARE REFERRED INDIVIDUALLY TO AS A “PARTY”; AND TOGETHER AS THE “PARTIES”.
