This Agreement made in pursuance of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 between Salsa Bar Pty Ltd as trustee for The Conway Family and N’ Grill Pty Ltd as trustee for The Bawden Family Trust trading as Salsa Bar & Grill (hereafter referred to as "the employer") and the employees of Salsa Bar Pty Ltd as trustee for The Conway Family and N’ Grill Pty Ltd as trustee for The Bawden Family Trust trading as Salsa Bar & Grill.
