This SaltStack Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between the customer identified in a Sales Order or Statement of Work that references this Agreement (“Customer”) and SaltStack, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an office located at 3401 Hillview Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 (“SaltStack”). This Agreement is effective as of the date Customer accepts the terms of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
