This contract is made and entered into by and between Coast Guard (LIST UNIT HERE), Morale, Well-Being, and Recreation Program, a nonappropriated fund instrumentality (NAFI) of the United States Coast Guard, here after called the FUND and (the name of the Contracted Entertainment), hereinafter called the Contractor. The Contractor warrants that it has full rights and authority to represent the entertainment unit, and that every part thereof is free from any conflicting rights of others, including licenses, patents, and copyrights.
