This letter agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which the County of Henrico, Virginia agrees to pay and you agree to accept the incentive payments and benefits of the Henrico County Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program (VRIP). In exchange for the VRIP incentive payments and benefits, you are being asked to release the County from claims, as described more fully in Paragraph 5 below. You are encouraged to discuss this Agreement with an attorney.
