This contract is an agreement between , hereinafter referred to as the contractor, and Orchard Villa Homeowners Association, hereinafter referred to as the client. Contractor and client hereby promise and agree to the following: The contractor agrees to provide the services detailed in the following specifications and attached Technical Addendum (if applicable). A maintenance worksheet will be supplied to the client each time work is done. The client agrees to pay the charges specified herein.
