The attached sample “Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)” is intended to be a guide for grant applicants to utilize when solidifying agreements necessary to apply for Mississippi Development Infrastructure Fund Program (DIP), project funds. The content of the sample MOA is the minimum acceptable under the Mississippi Development Authority’s DIP guidelines. It should be noted that the applicant and benefitting business may add language to this document as mutually agreed upon as long as such language does not conflict with the language required by MDA. This agreement is binding and must be signed by both the chief elected official of the applicant and the president/CEO of the benefitting business.
