This Agreement is for the provision of miscellaneous and technical support Services, to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis, as requested by the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Services Provider represents that it has the knowledge, ability, skills and resources to provide such Services in accordance with the terms and requirements of this Agreement. The Services Provider agrees to be available to provide Services at all University of Texas System member institutions.
