This Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made, and entered into this the 1st day of October, 2012 between Alliance Behavioral Healthcare, (hereinafter “Alliance”) a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, and The City of Durham, through the Office of Economic and Workforce Development (“OEWD”) (hereinafter the “City”) a municipal corporation.
