These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) create an agreement between the City of San José (“City”), as administrator of San José Clean Energy (“SJCE”), and you, as a SJCE customer (“Applicant”). This Agreement shall govern Applicant’s eligibility and participation in the San José Clean Energy EcoHome Rebate Program (“Program”) offered by the City from the date of the City’s approval of Applicant’s enrollment until the expiration, or earlier termination, of Applicant’s enrollment in the Program, in accordance with this Agreement (“Term”).
