This contract is between the Town of Albion, Maine, by and through its Municipal Officers, the Board of Selectmen (referred to as “Board of Selectmen”), and NAME AND ADDRESS OF CONTRACTOR which is a partnership/corporation (and referred to as “Contractor”). When the contract refers to “Contractor” it includes your employees and agents. The subject of this contract is Winter Road Maintenance – Sanding, Salting, and Snow Plowing.
