PLEASE NOTE: This Agreement, as set forth below, contains among other provisions: (1) an express assumption of risk provision with respect to risk of bodily and property injury (Section 4(a)); (2) an express assumption of risk provision with respect to contraction of Covid-19 and other communicable diseases (Section 4(b)); (3) a release/waiver of liability and covenant not to sue provision (Sections 5(a)-(c)); (4) an indemnity provision (Section 5(d)); and (5) an individual (with waiver of class action) arbitration agreement provision (Section 8).
