These SAP Services General Terms and Conditions – SAP AS A SUBCONTRACTOR (“GTC”) are effective as of the effective date of the Order Form and are entered into by and between SAP Canada Inc. or its affiliates (as listed on the Order Form) (hereafter “SAP”) and Prime Contractor as stated in the Order Form (hereinafter “Prime Contractor”).
