Pursuant to the Master Stock and Asset Purchase Agreement entered into on 15 April 2019 between AmTrust Financial Services Inc and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (as amended from time to time) (the “MSAPA”), the AmTrust group agreed to sell its international surety business to the Liberty Group (the “International Sale”). The International Sale closed on 2 October 2019 (“International Close”).
