THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter “EULA” or “Agreement”) is by and between the City of Columbia, Missouri (hereinafter “Licensee”), a municipal corporation whose address is 701 E. Broadway, Columbia, MO 65201 and Schneider Electric, Inc. (hereinafter “Schneider Electric”), a corporation with the authority to transact business within the State of Missouri and whose address is 26561 Rancho Parkway South, Lake Forest, CA 92630 and is entered into on the date of the last signatory below (hereinafter “Effective Date”). Licensee and Schneider Electric are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
