This Agreement entered into the Town of Danvers School Committee, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and Council #93, Local #1098, American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment for School Department Administrative Assistants.
