This contract has been designed to bring total understanding amongst student athletes, their parents and school personnel. We ask that all participants and parents read and sign this contract, indicating full knowledge of the rules, regulations and commitment that participation in sports programs at Hillsboro-Deering High School demands, as well as reading the Concussion Fact Sheets for athletes and parents, and the Return to Learn Form, for those athletes who have suffered a head injury or concussion, and reading and signing the COVID-19 Assumption of Risk Form. Please note: Return to Learn before Return to Play – Any student-athlete that suffers an injury requiring accommodations to access their normal academic programming shall not return to athletics until accommodations are no longer required.

The rules stated in this contract have been established to assure the successful operation of the athletic programs and the entire handbook can be found on the WHS Athletics website.
