Transportation of students safely is our highest priority. In order to meet the conditions outlined by the State of Kansas and provide safe, prompt movement of students, the school district has adopted standard regulations and procedures and has provided restrictive measures for violations of the rules. Below you will find an outline of general rules and consequences and measures taken for any violation of the school bus rules. The School District Code of Conduct also applies to students while riding the bus. The school district is pleased to provide transportation for our students and solicits your assistance in helping create a safe, healthy operation. We ask for your cooperation in developing proper behavior patterns for those students who ride the bus.

It is important to note that violation of the behavior rules may result in suspension from or exclusion from riding the school bus. Families are expected to abide by the following school bus rules and expectations. When a student chooses to deviate from appropriate behavior, disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the Student Handbook. Note: The student is required to attend school on the days of bus suspension. Absences during bus suspension are not excused absences. The parents must make all necessary arrangements to make sure that the student attends school.
