MILWAUKEE BOARD OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT SECOND EXTENSION & MODIFICATIONSchool Directors • July 8th, 2022
On August 1, 2019, the Milwaukee Board of School Directors and North America Central School Bus Intermediate Holding Company LLC dba Illinois Central School Bus LLC (“Contractor”) entered into a Professional Services Blanket Contract number B0001386 (“Contract”) with a term of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020 (the “Initial Year”). The Contract, (¶ 2), provided for two additional one-year extensions upon mutual written consent of the parties and in consideration of the performance metrics listed therein. Based on the Contractor’s achievement of those performance metrics the Contract was extended for the second term (“Year 2”) and will run from August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. The parties now mutually agree to extend the Contract for the second and final one-year term.
