THIS Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Alamogordo Public Schools, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner” and the State of New Mexico Public School Facilities Authority, hereinafter referred to as the “Co-Owner” and Capital AE, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
